I dont know

Its just really laste, for pico day I mean

and I could understand that because hey, its 3d and that takes a long time... but then it ends before anything even happens. I thoroughly enjoyed it, for all of its 27.65 seconds of action....

but come on, it had a lazy ending. finish this, make it epic, and submit it on the day, next year, picoday 2010 :)

theres good and bad

pretty good... but the varying quality of Voice Acting sound clips drove me crazy through out. some of the VA was just sort of bad too.

I liked the elaborate camera angles, but some drawings just looked sort of awkward, like the beginning shot at the door

anyway, good effort. I give you eight out of 10 for creative story, dialogue, and decent art. I deduct two for those cons mentioned

keep up the good work, hope this helped :)

Slackman responds:

Getting all the voice acting together on this one was a big pain, and some of the voice acting is better than other parts. It's something I hope to improve upon with my next cartoon, but for the moment being, it is what it is.

In experimenting with new angles, some will work better than others. It just comes with the territory I suppose, but it's something to improve upon for sure.

I'm glad you liked it, and your commentary is helpful. Thank you very much.

twas really good!

smooth animation, nice creepiness....

the only thing I didn't like was that the music started on the preloader page. that implies that no effort was made to make the animatio go with the rythmic music choice

anyway, good work! congrats on the reward

great!

very unexpected turn of events, and good humor.

I was so certain they were going to harpoon him on his way out for bounty. I guess they were nice honest pirates heh heh.

only thing I can suggest is using tween easing on your tweens to make the animation a bit smoother at parts.

an otherwise excellent piece!

wow, and a shame

this is so well animated.. it's gotten a better score if only it had sound fx to go with the music

that end screen wasn't very impressive either.

really, really great sir

hurray, a hand! the hand seperates you from all of the copy cats out there.

I have kept up with this series and love every single one. however, I preferred the line quality and type of lines shown in the episode with blue paper and white led. maybe it's no different, and only seemed that way because of the colors..

but yeah, my only suggestion is, that (if the line style was indeed any different in the blue paper white line episode) you use that style for the drawings (in black led of course)

keep them coming!

good, as always

the animation, lip syncing, and graphics were all up to snuff with your other work

the only suggestion I have is in the dialogue. a 'zip code' is used to identify a town, not a personal adress, so starbucks couldn't have possibly sent mail to foamy with just that information. I may have missed a detail though, so if that sounded stupid and useless, I'm sorry.

like madness but cooler!

simply superb.

the only thing I would say needs even a little polishing is the backgrounds, and that's just because I've never been a fan of those drawn with really thin black pencil lines.

even so, my preferences for backgrounds aren't worth a loss of star. 10/10 and 5/5 sir!

Mottis responds:

Thnx.

I kinda suck at drawing backgrounds though. That's my weak spot, really... The ones you see in the movie required a hell of a lot of work, since I'm not very good at drawing them, to be honest.

trippy

very well animated and original

TheBoogley responds:

I've watched some of your work and you're great! :D

seriously

what took you so long, newgrounds.
